Ra Ra Ra, I want your love!

I ended up having a great day with my boo yesterday. It was rocky in the beginning but that was becasue my car was in the shop, getting an oil change, which evolved into new breaks, flushing two systems, and new wind shield wipers.. Anyway, I feel less worried driving 100 miles to and from work a day. (It's almost 100, maybe 40 something miles 1 way, and I get home at 12:30 am each shift.)

I planned yesterday for a day of studying and an oil change, with a dinner and movie date with my boo in the evening. In all reality, none of that happened except for the oil change. I woke up way too early than normal, so I felt like I had a hangover from lack of sleep. Before I left my house to do some running around, the car and grocery shopping my mom wanted me to do, I had my morning cigarette. I am only mentioning this cigarette because it led to more fun and excitement, that pulled me away to my important daily goals. While I was smoking, my hands were unsteady and shaking, I felt like all my blood was rushing toward my feet, and was worried about falling to the floor, since that almost happened before. So as soon as that happened I went inside and had a bowl of cereal and started to feel better.

I left the house with three goals in mind, 1. Get the oil change, 2. Get the groceries for the crazy lady, and 3. Go to one of those walk in clinics at Walgreens and CVS.

I was on a quest. I stopped at 3 different locations before I got to a store that had the clinic inside, and thats when I realized that I didn't have my insureance card...GREAT! So I drove home to get the card and call the closest Ford dealership about their prices on an oil change. So I ended up going to a CVS, waited for close to 25 mins, spent $45 on things I "needed," and didn't get any treatment because the nurse practitioner, who was very nice, said that the type of testing involved with that is something they don't do. Thankfully, she did't charge me.

So off I went to the Tires Choice and Total Car Car (who I have most of my work done by), and waited for them to come back with a long list of things accounting to $1000 that needed to be fixed. Suprisingly, they didn't and said that they recommend two flushings, breaks and power stearing. Then because I asked about the breaks, and since the two in the back were basically worn out, I had those done as well. Not bad. Everything in total was under $400.

Boo met me at the car place and we had lunch at Moe's (really good), and went to best buy to get...tada...my new laptop. I spent less money than I was planning on spending, but just found out by using skype that this laptop doesn't have a microphone...wtf? I thought that with the computer having a web cam, the microphone was there too, but I guess not. I don't have any complaints. The computer is a Dell, ice blue, 3mb RAM, and about 250 MB memory. I was planning on getting the computer with the best deal and the most amount of RAM, but I liked this one, and the price was great!

After that we went back to my house, set up the computer and watched tv. Since my moms cooking sucks we went to Publix, bought some food for dinner and relaxed.  Overall a very good day with boo. I really love him. OOOh! And I forgot about the foot rub he gave me, hehehe.

This week was a little hard on us because he's so against me smoking again, and I told him what my co-workers said about him, (wasn't good), which is such a big mistake. I really wish I hadn't have done that. The always say I should dump him and have some fun while I'm young. Find a guy with money, who can take me out all the time. I don't want stuff like that. Boo is great with my daughter, he's in college, and is always there for me. He is my absolute best friend and such a handsome, tall guy. I have my moments when I get tired of him and not being established but neither am I. I don't even have the time or the patience to be wined and dined.
